Proven Experience & Success
Endeavor Education is a partnership of individuals who are dedicated to the charter school movement. We started working together on the Endeavor Hall project. That experience — writing one of the highest-ranked charter applications in Utah’s history and opening it in six months on a shoestring — gave us the experience many charter applicants lack. We created Endeavor Education to help you turn your vision into reality.
Our Team of Professionals
JENNIFER PERRY is the founder of Endeavor Hall, a charter school in West Valley City, Utah that opened in 2011. Her passion and determination — along with a stubborn refusal to take “no” or no answer for an answer — made it possible for Endeavor Hall to go from approval to open doors in only six months. Jen has served as a charter school board chair, charter school building officer, and a reader for state charter applications. Her background in marketing, real estate, and education give her unparalleled expertise to analyze your vision and population demographics to create Market Analyses, Programs of Instruction, and facility plans.
LINCOLN FILLMORE is a former teacher, principal, and business manager who now serves as the finance officer for a dozen charter schools and is a sought-after consultant for charter operations throughout the intermountain west. He has served as a board member, Restructuring Officer, and operational consultant, including with Jennifer Perry on the establishment of Endeavor Hall. He has served for seven years on the board of the Utah Association of Public Charter Schools and is also a board member at two non-profit education foundations.
MAX MEYER began his work with charter schools in 2003 as the founding business manager at American Preparatory Academy in Draper, Utah. In 2004 and 2005, while continuing his work at American Prep, assisted with several school start-ups in Utah including Odyssey Charter School, Legacy Preparatory Academy and Navigator Pointe Academy. Shortly thereafter, he assisted American Prep in opening a second K-9 charter school, American Preparatory Academy and the School for New Americans. The school primarily serves minorities and the refugee population in Utah. Since 2010, he has assisted with several school openings and was instrumental in adding a second campus at Providence Hall in Herriman, Utah. He is one of Utah’s longest-serving and most respected charter school business officers. Prior to 2003, Max was a credit manager for a $175 million business products distributor. Max graduated from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He is married to Jennifer (Headlee) and they have six children.
